Conflict Happens – How It Can Deepen Relationships
In this workshop, in a safe setting, we will explore your views, attitudes, and experiences of conflict. The focus will be on how to better understand how conflict happens, what it means and doesn’t mean, and mostly how to avoid those circular, or marathon, or emotionally distancing conflicts that can take the joy out of relationships. We’ll look beyond the content of conflicts in order to discover underlying needs and desires. We’ll also look at specific ways to remove the negative aspects of conflict.

Loving Touch – Inviting Deeper Intimacy
In our mind-based Western culture, we often overlook the most basic, organic, and direct path to connection. You may think that being together for some time, you are familiar with touch in your relationship. But, familiarity can be the first barrier to enlivened touch. In this workshop, we will explore the power of simple touch as a means to communicate without words and to deepen our connection. Allow yourself to explore touch as a mean of rediscovering who you both are today; and meeting yourself and each other again, and for the first time.
